Event dates + location
PassionCon 2027 will take place September 9–12, 2027, at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas.
Package inclusions
All PassionCon packages include the same all-access PassionCon experience, including three (3) nights of hotel accommodations, scheduled meals and beverages, including alcoholic beverages for guests of legal drinking age, and access to PassionCon programming, events, and experiences as designated by Passionflix.
Package types vary based on the room category and occupancy associated with the package purchased. Specific inclusions, programming, schedules, and experiences are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Hotel accommodations
Hotel accommodations for the three (3) nights included with your package are provided as part of the PassionCon experience.
Guests are responsible for any additional nights, upgrades, incidental charges, room service, minibar purchases, resort activities, damages, or other hotel expenses not expressly included with the PassionCon package.
Room categories are selected at the time of booking and cannot be changed after purchase except with the prior written approval of Passionflix. Specific room locations, views, floors, connecting rooms, bedding configurations, and other special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Guests must also comply with all applicable Grand Hyatt Baha Mar policies during their stay and may be required to provide a credit card or other form of payment directly to the hotel for incidental expenses.
Reservations are non-refundable + non-transferable
All PassionCon package purchases are final.
All deposits, installment payments, partial payments, and payments made toward a payment plan are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Selecting a payment plan does not create a month-to-month purchase or permit cancellation of the remaining balance at any time. A payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full price of the PassionCon package.
Reservations may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise provided to another person without the prior written approval of Passionflix.
No refunds will be provided if an attendee is unable to attend due to changes in personal circumstances, travel plans, flight cancellations or delays, illness, passport or immigration issues, failure to obtain required travel documentation, failure to complete a payment plan, or other circumstances outside Passionflix’s reasonable control.
Passionflix strongly encourages attendees to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
Payment plans + failure to pay
If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price of your PassionCon package according to the installment amounts and payment dates presented at the time of booking.
Enrollment in a payment plan constitutes a commitment to pay the full package price and is not a subscription or month-to-month arrangement that may be canceled at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and that all scheduled payments are successfully completed.
If an automatic or scheduled payment is declined, unsuccessful, or otherwise not received by its scheduled due date, the payment will be considered past due. You are responsible for updating your payment information and bringing your account current.
If any scheduled payment remains outstanding for more than ten (10) calendar days after its due date, Passionflix reserves the right to cancel your PassionCon reservation and release your hotel accommodations and event space.
If Passionflix cancels a reservation due to nonpayment, all amounts previously paid toward the reservation will be forfeited and will remain non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellation due to nonpayment does not guarantee that the reservation, original package price, room category, roommate assignment, or other selections can be reinstated. If Passionflix elects to permit reinstatement, Passionflix may require immediate payment of all past-due amounts or the entire remaining balance before reinstating the reservation.
All PassionCon packages must be paid in full by the final payment deadline associated with the booking. Attendees with an outstanding balance after the applicable final payment deadline may not attend PassionCon or receive hotel accommodations through the event.
Travel + transportation
Transportation to and from Nassau, Bahamas, including airfare, airport transfers, taxis, ground transportation, and other travel expenses, is not included with your PassionCon package unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each attendee is solely responsible for arranging their own transportation and ensuring that they possess all documentation necessary to travel to and enter The Bahamas, including a valid passport and any applicable visas, authorizations, or other entry requirements.
Attendees are responsible for reviewing current travel and entry requirements before departure.
Passionflix is not responsible for denied entry, missed or canceled flights, transportation delays, lost luggage, passport or immigration issues, or other travel-related problems or expenses.
Meals + beverages
Scheduled breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages will be provided as part of the PassionCon experience.
Specific meal times, locations, menus, and offerings are subject to the event schedule and may change.
Alcoholic beverages will only be provided to attendees who meet applicable legal drinking-age requirements. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should provide that information when requested. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, Passionflix and the venue cannot guarantee that every dietary restriction or allergy can be accommodated or that food will be free from particular allergens.
Event schedule + programming
PassionCon programming, schedules, activities, screenings, panels, appearances, special guests, talent, authors, filmmakers, experiences, venues, and other event elements are subject to change without notice.
The appearance or participation of any particular actor, author, filmmaker, speaker, or other guest is not guaranteed and is not a condition of purchase.
Changes to programming, schedules, activities, venues, or guest appearances do not entitle attendees to a refund.
Activities + limited-capacity experiences
Certain PassionCon activities, appointments, experiences, seating areas, or other offerings may have limited capacity and may require advance scheduling or reservations.
Purchase of a PassionCon package does not guarantee access to every limited-capacity activity, appointment, experience, or preferred time slot unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any priority access or scheduling benefits offered to eligible attendees are subject to availability and the applicable rules communicated by Passionflix.
Security screening
As a condition of booking and attendance, attendees may be subject to identity verification and security screening, which may include background checks and review of publicly available information.
By booking a PassionCon package, you consent to such screening.
Passionflix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, revoke, or cancel any reservation or registration before or during the event based on the results of such screening or for other legitimate reasons relating to the safety and security of attendees, talent, authors, staff, hotel personnel, or guests.
Denial, cancellation, removal, or revocation under this section will not entitle the attendee to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Photography + recording
PassionCon is a photographed and recorded event.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, or other media captured during the event.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant Passionflix and its authorized partners permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use your appearance, image, likeness, and voice in materials related to PassionCon and Passionflix, including for promotional, marketing, editorial, publicity, archival, and other lawful purposes, without additional compensation.
Attendee conduct
PassionCon is intended to provide a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for attendees, talent, authors, filmmakers, staff, hotel personnel, and guests.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all PassionCon, Passionflix, venue, and hotel rules and policies.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, unauthorized access to restricted areas, or other inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and/or hotel-related PassionCon activities.
Passionflix reserves the right to revoke event access or remove an attendee whose conduct Passionflix reasonably determines presents a safety, security, disruption, or harassment concern.
Removal for violation of these policies will not result in a refund.
Personal property
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Passionflix is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Event changes, postponement + cancellation
Passionflix reserves the right to modify event programming, schedules, activities, venues, accommodations, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
In the event PassionCon 2027 is postponed or canceled, Passionflix will communicate available options to affected attendees.
Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or other policy applicable to an event cancellation or postponement will be determined based on the circumstances at that time, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Passionflix is not responsible for airfare, transportation, additional hotel accommodations, travel insurance, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with attending PassionCon.
Force majeure
Passionflix will not be responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or inability to provide portions of the PassionCon experience resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, utility or infrastructure failures, venue closures, or other events of force majeure.
In such circumstances, Passionflix will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to attendees. Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or other remedy will be determined based on the circumstances, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Assumption of risk
By attending PassionCon, attendees voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with travel and participation in an in-person event.
Attendees agree to comply with applicable venue, hotel, health, safety, and security requirements in effect during the event.
Each attendee is responsible for determining whether they are able to safely participate in PassionCon activities and experiences.
Acceptance of terms
By checking the required acceptance box and completing your PassionCon 2027 booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This includes, without limitation, the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation policy and, if you select a payment plan, your obligation to complete all payments according to the payment schedule associated with your booking.
If you are booking on behalf of another attendee, you are responsible for ensuring that the additional attendee receives and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any other required PassionCon policies.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable law.
